Women and sexual partners prefer girth. This has been scientifically proven. The average vagina is only 4-5 inches in length and depth. Most men fall into this length category and therefore length isn’t much of an issue.

You will walk out of the clinic with an instantly thicker penis. There may be some bruising. This will subside, on average within 3-4 days. Filler will absorb water once it is injected into the skin. The main size will be the increase in girth and can certainly be noticeable during sex, for both you and your partner, and we strongly recommend testing your new girth with any long-term partner, before opting for any additional size gains. Further injections can be provided at a follow-up appointment as soon as four weeks later if additional girth is desired.

Ironically men with naturally larger penis will need more filler to achieve a thicker penis. For example a man who is 7 inches in length erect will need more filler to achieve a 6 inch girth than a man who is 5 inches erect. After we have built up the thickness and filler in your penis, you will only need maintenance filler (10-20ml) per year to maintain your results.

Permanent filler is an option for some individuals. However we adopt strict safety protocols for our clients. For us, permanent filler sees far too many complications. Permanent filler has been used in the face for several decades. However most doctors stopped using it because they are highly immunogenic ( your body with develop a reaction against it). Therefore the filler will need to be taken out. There is no reversing injection like there is for hyaluronic gel filler. Usually sexual activities can be resumed after 2 weeks unless your doctor advises otherwise.

The most common issues for dermal fillers in general is an initial discomfort or temporary swelling and bruising.

Not surprisingly, the most typical concerns regarding dermal fillers involve the results of the procedure. Problems such as poor or inaccurate placement, unevenness, and migration can happen. If these do happen (rare) they can be easily rectified and if not reabsorbed. Another side affect is infection (rare). If this does occur antibiotics are given and is cleared up within 1 week.
